Abiotic stresses such as drought, salinity, extreme temperatures, and heavy metal toxicity severely limit plant growth and crop productivity worldwide. Plants respond to these environmental challenges through complex molecular signaling networks that integrate stress perception, signal transduction, and transcriptional regulation.
